FYI. For those of us being pushed out, it's not too late to join the class action.

I had several managers tell me that since I was a remote worker they considered the time I got all the systems up and loaded as commute to work time. They all said the exact same thing so that was from higher ups. We shall see, plus all the metric manipulation was wrong, was told also they designate a percentage for bonused and can’t go over so if it looks like it’s getting close they change metrics in the last month of the quarter to help slow the amount who will bonus. That is not ethical.

How do I join the lawsuit as the issue with Wayfair LLC metric system manipulation is getting unrealistic and no way to meet never-ending having to get system up before sift due to system issues at times. I have added gut feeling they are trying to fire us rather than laying off to avoid paying copinsation packets.

There is a "contact us" option on the page. Just email them, it has been gaining momentum and other firms are also starting litigation as well. This also applies to using pto for system issues, its not just log in time off the clock.

Who do you call to be part of the lawsuit? I never got a letter.

@qn I think that is pretty obvious. It appears a really dull case.

I mean that would be cool, but I honestly don’t see a way that Wayfair wouldn’t win against that lawsuit

Imagine that this case will have to be taken pro bono. Some pretty important emails and tech bugs solved.
