If aberdeen had a drilling management team who knew what they were doing they would still be in a job instead of unemployed and struggling. No way they would win any drilling contracts going forward after the f-ups in the past and everyone know this.

Where do I begin? Onboarded and trained like 💩, treated like 💩, paid 💩, so on and so forth…
A driver would rather work driving for Wal Mart making $100k/yr than jumping in and out of their truck all day long, alone in the field in hot a— weather or cold a— weather and exposed to those chemicals for LESS pay.

Might explain why they are offering CDL Drivers for Chemicals, a 5000 USD signing on bonus to join BH on Rigzone. Absolute ton of US BH vacancies on Rigzone. Cannot see many of those let go the last few years ever going back, especially with their bridge of service gone, what would be the point? Who would go back to such an un-reliable employer and it’s toxic atmosphere. Hope UNITE get a result here.
