It’s coming and will be just as big, if not bigger than Feb. There is only 1 person inside of Dell that is safe and that is Mike. If you think otherwise, please sober up. If you are in sales (Acq, commercial, enterprise or SB) the best thing you can do is be prepared and have a plan B.

HR is not there for employees. HR is there to protect the company. Their primary goal is not worker satisfaction but to minimize any chance of litigation. Simple facts. If you have a real grievance with your employer you get your own lawyer. Not the company resources.
