I'm not the OP but I agree with this there's lots of deadwood at TD and forcing people back to the office can definitely clean house a bit imo. Should the board get to work remote? I'll say maybe because I'm sure that the company will get their hours one way or the other. For the rank and file, I think everyone needs to be back in at least on hybrid even if they've relocated away from an office, I don't care about fairness.
@1by insults aren't libel 😂😂😂😂😂
@vf constantly slinging insults at the ELT isn't getting anyone anything it's libel not criticism at this point. Show some respect for our leadership team.
@sn you do realize that the statements have to be untrue to be libel?
@rr You may mock me all you like, but I'm fairly sure I hit a nerve for you to have made this post in the first place. What is your end game here? If you hate it here why not leave? Oh that's right Teradata actually does care and is keeping you around even in a tough economic time, & this is the only place that will employ you. Maybe this sinking ship & captain does care despite all your libel against SM/the board
Nobody is whining or moaning. It’s realist commentary. And we enjoy watching train wrecks.
@qj if you hate it here so much why don't you quit or ask for a package? Why stay and whine and moan?
A$$kiss all you want, buddy. You’ll be going down with the ship like everyone else. Should be fun to watch as you wonder why your groveling devotion didn’t pay off.
@k6 are you shaping the company direction and showing up to customer events? Didn't think so buddy
Maybe as an example of how collaborative it is? Isn’t that what he says?
@dm why does SM need to RTO? You gave no reasons at all
Look, in one breath you say, “If you delivered anything of value you'd absolutely be willing to get back into the office to do your job” but then you imply all of leadership can do their job from home. So, which is it? Your argument falls flat. You’re categorizing everyone into two buckets: 1) those who work well from home and 2) those who work well from the office. Who are you to decide that? If a test is given to 10 people and the first 2 people wearing tinfoil hats get 100%, can we assume everyone will ace the test if they wear tinfoil hats? What may be good for some is not necessarily good for others; and that’s what you don’t get.
You didn’t hit a nerve. We know you’re a management a$$kisser who has let everybody know what a good boy he is when he defends the useless C-Suite. Maybe they’ll let you clean the executive washroom if you’re extra special good.
I see I hit a nerve, need a blankie and a pacifier? If you delivered anything of value you'd absolutely be willing to get back into the office to do your job but it is clear to me that you don't and probably would be working at the Soapy Joes if Teradata wasn't employing you. Teradata's leadership does more in a day than you do in a lifetime
