Long overdue for him to be gone but at least he got paid his bonus early! Maybe the new Board will actually be useful this time if this is one of the first things they did.

They didn’t advance his fall bonus, they didn’t let him help with the succession plan, they didn’t even let him announce his own resignation. If that isn’t enough evidence for you, nothing I say is going to change your pea-sized mind.

“Long overdue”. His job was to get the company through the bankruptcy process, which he did. I get your pea sized brain can’t understand how a company works, or how business in general works, but maybe one day you’ll get it. If you are still employed you can attribute that to him, but you won’t. You will wake up every day complaining about this company while still collecting your paycheck.
