I wouldn't want to touch a company with any of the c-suite or board members here. Chip definitely played his hand, but he wasn't alone in the bad decision making, and he wasn't alone in lying to shareholders. He may have been the one to steer the ship into the rocks but they watched it happen.
It's not the company that Chip starts on his own that one would need to steer clear of, as it would not tend to get very far off the ground. It's the company that he is a co-founder. where he then has the opportunity to shake down and subsequently oust the actual brain child - then become CEO - that I would never want any part of!
Why does PAC remind me of episodes of American Greed? The Florida connection? The NFL players? A conman who never got caught?
