FIS and WP promotions took place in July (first pay period) and that's when raises go into effect. Is GP traditionally a different time in the year? And does anyone know if we will move to July for the whole company, or whenever GP usually does it?

Legacy GP employees used to get bonuses- all levels including analysts 10 years ago. Then they changed it to senior analyst. Once TSYS merger happened, it all went TSYS way. They stopped bonus for all ICs and gave it only to people manager. You're grandfathered in if you received that from past. TSYS merger really sc--wed us from pay perspective. Because if you were in GA they didn't consider COL in Columbus vs Atlanta either from my experience. TSYS had a ton of PTO though.
Recently I have heard that being manager (people leader) is not enough, but you have to be director level to be eligible if you never received bonus in the past. This felt like a poor excuse to me to not pay, so curious what's the status across the org. Is this some bs because it was only a role/title change to manager, without it really being a promotion (no change in grade level).
Been here almost 13 years.. no bonus ever. Didn't know they existed lol. We get our pitty 3% every year, that's all.
@wt Raises, not bonuses. I've never received a bonus but have gotten a small raise each year.

I’m in the US legacy GP and everyone (non-sales FTEs) has gotten bonuses for the 9 years I have been here.
@w4 what region? Don't have to be specific but I imagine not-US right?
Can’t speak for all regions in hGP but in mine everyone gets a bonus linked to company & personal performance.
@v8 manager level currently gets bonus in GP. Usually a 10% target. But from what I understand, GP never gets full bonus payouts.
Is it the same as FIS and WP that only Directors and above get performance bonuses? Imagine being a F500 company and not everyone gets a bonus. Shameful
@gt Global has promotions? I been with the company for a few years and hardly got any raises here. I got a better raise when I was working at mcdonalds then working here just saying.
Promotion are done once a quarter.
@OP last several years (this year included) for GP merit increases and bonuses are announced in March. Bonuses are paid out for the US in March, but merit increases do not go into effect until July 1.
