Juan and Tony will lie to cover themselves. They will treat pockets the same way they treated Jesus and everyone else. Sorry management.
Juan starting the new weatherford employees at $35+ is a slap to the face for those that have been working 15-20 year at weatherford. He should be ashamed for what he has done.
@v6 weatherford can’t afford Jesus. But they can afford a bunch of workers that complain all the time. Santa Paula doesn’t take care of its workers. Juan pays them off with donuts and dominos pizza.

Jesus, Juan is going to call you back and make you an offer once it gets busy. He is going to promise you 10 cents more after 2 more years of work .

@v6 they let go of the jarshop guys ? How am I bearly hearing this . I knew that guy Jesus that’s a hard worker delivered equipment to us many times and from what I knew he got a lot of sh-t done at the facility. Won’t see the manager the same way no more I hope he is doing better and found something for him and his family. As a matter of fact if anyone has his number send it my way I would love to have À hard worker like that in my crew.

Dang, Juan sc--wed his crew really good. He did them dirty. Well. I hope he is content with it. I wouldn’t do business with him.
I heard about Robert, Jesus and the other youngster. I don’t know who makes decisions like that. Those men always helped customers under any circumstance. I always thought they were the ones running the show.
I heard they let go of the men that worked in the trailer. Those guys were a good bunch of men. They had great attitudes and were a happy bunch. I had talked to the other men at weatherford and they were a dry bunch. They ignored people. It must be bad without those guys in the trailer. It will be hard to replace men like that.
All that’s left of Juan are his ears. He is skin and bones. Tony ate him
