The BOD will never admit to a mistake and dismiss DW. They don't make mistakes. It would require some kind of external cover (like RT got) and I don't see any agency or other company begging for DW to come lead them.
Shareholder resolution probably only way to get him out anytime soon, but BOD likely to prevent that from ever coming up for vote.
