Who is Nate?
Nate is a joke. He's a head cutter plain and simple. He came from T University where he gutted them now Dahna is trying her best to clean up the mess he left. What'll happen is he'll cut by a number mandate leaving everyone who's left to worker harder and with less support. He and his team are looking to implement a new dispatch platform which will be an absolute f---ing disaster.
On the IEFS call Nate had indicated approximately 20% reduction for both IEFS and TFS. Leadership is currently in another lockdown meeting to discuss the next reorg. So even if you survive this first round of surplus you may still have to move to say Dallas or somewhere else. After this next reorg expect another round of surplus every 90 days. People in that dept know....if you have no clue what TFS is it doesn't apply to you.

IEFS - Internet and Entertainment Field Services
TFS - Technical Field Services
