Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Do the managers know who volunteered for CPM now?

Has anyone discussed it with their direct manager or skip level?

Why would I inform my manager, if accepted FLM is informed when I am. If I'm not accepted, then no harm to our "close and transparent relationship".

Well that is what DCAI is doing. We'll see how that turns out.

Worldwide Intel has about 12-14% eligible for ER, the VSP is a rouse and should have never been done as it’s not necessary to hit a target of 15%. Just pi---s off all employees with 90% rejection . ISP was the correct strategy post ER but yet again dreadful leadership

Oversubscribed by 30% means 15% plus 30% of 15%... Jeez, some real smart dudes posting here...

@uhy 30% across the company? Seems too high.

@uhy That’s concerning if true. 30% of all Intel employees signing an intent to leave does not bode well for the company. Is that number flat for the entire company? Any word on Oregon/Arizona?

Looks like ERP/VSP is oversubscribed by~30%. ERP are accepted automatically, HR/BU are proceeding the VSP applicants to make up to the 15% goal and keep the BU operational.

Doesn't seem to be the case in most teams. They are waiting for some info from top down !
