I have no idea how I'm supposed to stay motivated here. That call has left me thinking there is no reason to bend over backwards anymore. I can't get a raise, bonus or promotion. The leads are flooding in and my team can't keep up. I think the C-suite is hoping there will be a mass resignation to solve their problems before they have to actually do it themselves.

Post ID: @uec+1rixGD9j, seems like your's is a brain issue!
What kind of leads are you getting? Where are the leads coming from?
Delisting isn’t in the cards? lol - what magic fairy dust are they snorting? Gonna buy another deadbeat scam edtech company to booster the stock for five minutes? All the best on that one.
Genuinely curious what leadership had to say for others to not come to the conclusion of "I cant get a bonus, raise, or promotion." Every single one of those points was specifically addressed in the meeting. Retention bonuses seem to potentially be on the horizon, raises are budgeted, and promotions have been and will take place. Leadership made it clear delisting is not something in the cards. Dont think anyone should have to bend over backwards for any employer in any situation, but how was that your takeaway from the call?
Seems like a skill issue.
For everyone saying, "go look for other employment" - got laid off in October and I'm still looking. I took every webinar, coaching session, resume review and even had internal referrals. Still nothing, and I have great numbers and referrals. It also takes a lot of energy and time to find jobs that fit your skill set, tailor your resume, and write a genuine cover letter. It sounds like this person is feeling really hopeless after this call, so maybe have some compassion.
They clearly said increases and promotions are budgeted. Your motivation should be to provide for your family and if you feel you cant do that here, you should look for employment where you can. The company is in a bad spot and theres no loyalty in either direction. Those who choose to stay accept the situation, those who leave wont. Its on everybody to make their own choice. my 2 cents
To be fair, they said raises and promotions are in the budget. Annual bonuses will be changed to retention quarterly bonuses.
Can you give us a summary?
The no raise is ki-ler
