The hidden glint

How come the glint survey results always leave out the results of one question? They never show the results of the executive council question. What are they hiding??? Probably had the lowest score and they are too embarrassed to publish it

I just gave all 5s the last couple of quarters to minimize the Glint survey meetings and because the leadership at this company (and most people at Schwab in general) have shown that they can't take constructive criticism so me scoring low won't improve anything. I wonder if a lot of other people are doing the same and that is why it is going up.

They did publish the score, it’s with the rest of the results. We scored a 79 this quarter, it was tied for 3rd lowest item, and is up 3 points from the last time it was asked.

@ty+1jtm4cen5 - Say the EC are a bunch of half-witted control freaks who should be strung up by their heels and beaten.

I saw it recently. I actually would like them to leave that question out from the team and department level since executive council is well above that level. When we have the meetings to talk over the score and list how we can improve it, what are we supposed to do?

We gave our manager lowest scores possible as he keeps mirco managing us. Last team meeting, he literally said he is fighting on behalf of us, and saving us by giving us met expectations. We could all see that he is warning us to be careful during the next survey. Do not join schwab unless you very well research about the PL. Our team doesn't know how else we could inform our skip level director about this guy. We think both of them are together in this sometimes.

I can't believe anyone actually responds to these surveys. They are beyond worthless. Just write an email rule to delete the notices and move on.

My Manager already had a 1 hour session about Glint Scores with me and I didn't even fill it out in the first place.

They don't share all because they can't take the truth!

Gaslighting, lying, indoctrinating, needling and taunting.

Oh. Sorry. Thought you were asking what Glint stood for.
