I saw Boston is building a new building as well... are they expanding or moving? Looked to me like they want to keep more jobs here vs MDT that wants to send anything and everything to India where it is cheaper. I'm sure BS has some OUS as well, but you don't see MDT building any new buildings anywhere... selling and shutting them is more accurate.

Boston Scientific experienced near death almost a decade ago after a miserable m&a with Guidant, and we laughed. Time for MDT to go the same route, can we blame Covidien ?
