3% Across the board?

Keep seeing everyone is getting 3% increase. I haven’t heard a peep from my manager about it. Does this mean we won’t get it, or should we still hold out hope?

So far I haven’t seen mine posted and my manager also has no clue… should I be worried?

I’m seeing many got promoted on LinkedIn so I’m starting to think 3% was not applied across the board likely since promotions still happened.

I worked a lot of crazy hours… For what? 3% 😶‍🌫️

@tv Supposedly everyone is funded at 100% (+ business multiplier which will be shared in March closer to time if payout.)

The new comp should be up in success factors, I didn’t see it under the compensation statements but under Employeee Info, I think under your salary, it should have been refreshed with the new 2026 comp on 1/1

@ky Were you asked to submit any review on performance for your reports?

I didn't hear from my boss, but I noticed in SuccessFactors that there were comp statements for my reports. In the reports, it mentioned a 3% merit raise. Not sure if we were suppose to get notified or not or how. I let my reports know as soon as I saw it.

Anyone know when we will see it on success factors? So far today none of my co-workers see it.

As long as you are not on a PIP, then you get 3%. It’s not “merit” based.

Your manager is supposed to convey this to you before the new year. 3% is the standard.

3% for everyone with 2026 compensation statements posted soon after the new year

We were told is was 3% across the board and that managers were not asked anything about performance

Haven’t heard anything directly from my manager either (which isn’t all that odd for my group) but I’m positive it’s 3% across the board because we had heard that info from a town hall earlier in the year. Usually the compensation statement is posted in Success Factors earlier on, but this is the first year I’ve seen that it hasn’t been posted yet.

Well, considering it’s effective jan1, I think your manager isn’t very good.
