Welcome to day one of the aftermath. Leadership expects everything to work exactly like it used to as they let go of people they had no idea of their job. Those left have to take on even more tasks, and try and figure things out the best we can. Oh yeah and forget IT support for any problems they just tell you to get in line behind the pile of issues they are working or the person that knew how to fix that is gone. But hey, let’s start a new project because some people don’t have enough to do. Mgmt won’t lift a finger to try and help. But hey we still have jobs posted?!? Don’t they know how we got into this mess. Those let go we’re paid their full bonus. We won’t get close,do to our high performers soaking it all up.
