Worked for Wayfair for over 10 years and they have never been this late with W2s. Sick of waiting, anyone else got theirs yet?

@vc Reach out to HR and they should be able to email it to you. They are also mailing paper copies.
@tr I don’t work there anymore and don’t have access to workday..
W2s are finally available in Workday.
I read the policy and they have until the 31st or Monday if it falls on a weekend, which it does this year.
I too was laid off and emailed them and offshore asked for my full social. Beware of them.
I emailed them from my personal email, the same damn email they used to tell me I was being laid off..the same email they also contacted me about for everything else and someone replied back with GRAMMATICAL ERRORS telling me they didn’t recognize my email and my name isn’t shared and to provide the last 4 of my social just to get into Workday. Nah sure won’t. The offshore agents don’t know anything so I know it’s one of them.
Everything is on hold with my families taxes, why are they taking so long? Normally we get the W2s by Jan 18th never has it taken this long.
They hire offshore workers to save $$ and this is the result.
By law, they are required to have them out by January 31st. Many companies wait until then or the Friday before. They likely will too.
Another day gone by with no W2, this is insane.
Offshore should not allowed to have access to our payroll and social security info.
This is ridiculous. They laid off a lot of TM and now it has been delayed
