In 2026, name 5 things the company will do to actually raise revenue. Not cut expenses. You can't cut your way to profitability but raise revenue. Company is chickens_hit & is scared as he_ll to raise revenue. Just do it. Figure out a way. Company must find a way to raise money quick. Adapt or D-ie !! Smart firms figure out ways to increase revenue. Why can't mutual figure this out ?

@tq That's actually backwards. It was approx. $11M of 401(k)s he rolled over into 403(b)s. Internal rollovers, but management counted it as new PDT for the purposes of calculating bonuses & promotions. Fast forward a few years and look where the company is now. So shameful and pathetic...

As every Mutual of America VP already knows, the key to raising more revenue is to have MORE highly compensated middle managers sending MORE emails reminding everyone else of what their sales goals are. There is no other way!
Perhaps some "Wolf of Wall Street" memes will help motivate the team.
Who needs new revenue? They can just have Cottee in Atlanta rollover millions of dollars from Mutual of America 403(b) accounts into 401(k)s and pretend they're new sales! It worked before! Promotions for everyone!!!
