Customer service

I’m a WFH customer service rep and we are being told to give the customer what ever they want! Trying to reduce churn but practically paying customers to stay with us and give us good surveys. I’m not sure how this giveaway could continue, but this is the flavor of the month until further notice!

What’s the trick? I called today to see if my bill
Could be lowered. They confirmed I was a customer for 25+ years and said there was nothing they could do. Told them I was leaving. They didn’t care.

@cp I don’t have to try anything! My supervisor is telling us to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy! Believe it or not. I could care less what you think! I’m waiving fees, adding $20x 12 mo loyalty discounts ect. Until we get pushback on credits. Our surveys and 3day is priority. Kick rocks

The stock price is not going in Dan's payout direction. You will do as told to make sure those RSUs are worth tens of millions!

@bf depending on the department, we have been doing that. I have been bowing down and giving customers what they want as bribery to stay for months..
