@skh+1sToXxHk That problem has been around at Intel for a long time. Everytime they reduce headcount, it is the engineers, who do the real work, and not the managers.

@tmb+1sToXxHk We need half of the managers at best… engineers we need. Managers not so much.
I think the mindset with leadership is that we need half the engineers we have today. We just need smart ones. Too many old timers buying time and getting free money
