Will there be an annual bonus, salary increase or promotions in 2024?

Compensation? You must be joking? The hangers on accepted it last year with no compensation, so it'll be same again this time.
One way to reduce workforce without the need to pay them off is to make the job less bearable for employee so that they leave.
To gain promotion, where a role allows it, you got to be a certain type of person at lower level management. If you browning the nose and prepared to throw anyone under the bus along the way, then it can happen.
Those people are not there at manager level for their skills or ability, but for some awful traits.
It's really sad to see a company that was in the forefront of telecommunications being run into the ground by upper management who have no clue of what they're doing other than disassembling a once good company and I truly hope that upper management gets to read these comments because you guys and women are sad !!!!!!!!
Someone needs to post pics of them eating that jumbo shrimp on one of thier fancy jets. That would probably rile up the masses…

There have been some promotions in NCC. AIPs are also expected for the same.
Looks like this site won't let you type "shrimp c*cktail" -- must be the same people that freak out over library books. But you all know what I mean. Those big catered platters of jumbo shrimp with the spicy red sauce that the execs chow down on while discussing the next big layoff at 31,000 feet on the CommScope air force. Amazing how a few tasty shrimp make it much easier to lay off several hundred folks.
2023 has been a horrible year performance wise against our original plan, so a bonus is out of the question for most of us. Maybe NICS might get one. Merit increases for 2024 are very unlikely bc we need every penny to pay interest our debt and keep chuck and kyle’s fleet of jets fueled up with gas, booze, and shrimp co-----l. Promotions will be tightly controlled but possible.
Adding a hint of incompetence to your repertuoir, goes a long way too.
You heard from the expert, to get promoted you need to start brown nosing and backstabbing everyone.
Depends on your level of brown nosing or backstabbing you do!!!
Cant speak on raises but oddly, there has been promotions within my BU.
