I absolutely hate this place. There was definitely a time when WF cared more about their employees. But this place a toxic shit hole with almost no regard for its employees except how to torture us so we quit so they don’t have to pay out severance. I am counting my days until I get out of this god forsaken he-l hole of a bank. C Suite and BOD should be ashamed of themselves for bringing a once decent place to work down to this crumbling inferno of shit

@cmr+1uWLCXlk Interesting memory. So was the "am huddle" like a scrum meeting? Micromanagement at its worst. Managers benefitted the most out of scr..wing the clients. Management started by bullying the clients and now they are just redirecting this learned behavior to the employees.
The bullies want you to quit -- to avoid severance payout and to increase their odds of not being laid off.

Plus we made WAY less back then as well. Pretty crazy.
They want you to quit.
Yeah it was great working here before 2016 when Carrie and her minions would berate and fire you if you didn’t open enough accounts or sell enough products. I loved the am huddle where you had to commit to how many referrals you were going to make, the mid day checkin and then the end of day final tally where you were put on notice for not hitting your commitment that day. The call nights where the DM’s would embarrass you for not “doing enough”. Yep, those were the days.
What has Charlie done besides lay off everyone just to inflate the #’s?
So Quit.
Those dang control gates got you in a release didn’t they 🤣
We do everything opposite of agile here
LMFAO thats how we feel everyday, pal. But we are employed with a reasonable salary. The show must go on. 🎪🤡
Overly dramatic much?
Welcome to the #wellsfargoshitshow
You sound like a real peach to work with.
Please tell us how many days you have left so we can count them with you.
You must have had an interesting week at work.
