None of the deserve to work in our industry again
Why did she stick around for 24 years if she hated the place? I get that it's sometimes hard for Engineers to move companies based on limited opportunities in OR or FM. But every company needs HR, so she easily could've switched companies.
She’s lucky she ever got hired. I loved it when they purged all the people without a bachelors degree from IT a decade or so ago. Shes lucky to have been in HR where you don’t really need to know sh** about anything.
what company would hire her, judging from the post? complaints plus benefits enjoyed, no mentioning accomplishment or people to thank. 20+ years would have been very dull yet stayed so long.
She sounds like a self centered, entitled, participation trophy worker. Always blaming someone else.
If it wasn't for all the "male dominated roles" doing work over the last 50 years, Intel probably wouldn't exist, regardless of your personal feelings about the social aspect.
What exactly do they contribute? The DEI infection? They’re totally overpaid for what they deliver.
I'm gonna expose the toxic environment in the parking lot management dept.
@tkt+1uIh2LpD How can a HR lady show "amazing tenacity and creativity in solving problems and driving great successes?"
She got hired at Intel after graduating from a community college and University of Phoenix. She got 3 sabbaticals. She should be thanking Intel they kept her that long.
HR lady calling company toxic, that's rich.
I knew her and worked with her and trust me the workplace is much better without these type of toxic people who only blame others. Zero accountability!
These are low agency losers.
You can change your situation.
Either through persuasion or, failing that, just leave for better opportunities.
Take some responsibility and initiative.
You own your own life.
Face it .people are angry right now and that is natural. Some will lash out and others will not and instead focus their energy on moving forward
I knew her and witnessed amazing tenacity and creativity in solving problems and driving great successes…I considered her an asset to Intel and her colleagues…maybe she channeled her disability into her strength
Maybe we all should follow
She did not work for me …but I am glad that I worked with her to accomplish our goals.
Yes I respect all employees strengths, weaknesses and challenges
Yes I am a man
Yes I have been promoted
Yes I recognize that our workforce is not perfect
Yes I respect her despite the post
She was ok learning the toxic habits when it served her! I'm guessing she was asked to retire, so now she is crying like a losrr.
These are the people why Intel is suffering now.
And oh she HAS to play her victim card that she is autistic.
She kept quiet during 3 sabbaticals, fat bonuses and good packages, she never matured as a professional whp is atleast lucky enough to retire
Sorry but these just sound like whiney losers.
If you hated it so much why didn’t you leave?
At some point, it’s on them for staying in a place that made them unhappy.
If you speak out, if you say or do anything that goes against what management is doing, if you point out the failures, if you rock the boat in the slightest way... MANAGEMENT WILL INVENT REASONS TO GET RID OF YOU!
I was one of those who called out the fraud my management was pulling, I even spoke to Intel Legal. I got the boot.
They need to stfu. They had 20+ years to speak up and do something. Cowards the lot of them. They are truly at fault for state that Intel is in.
