Are you talking under the COC or under a severance plan with 1 week of pay per year of service, no bonus, no LTI, and 6 months medical.

Why would they give a VSP just because people want out? It is normally done for either pure show or for real cost cutting. They might as well just let you retire and get nothing.

I hope they have a VSP in 2022 after the bonuses and stock vesting. I am an old white guy that will take one for the DIB team.
