My goal was to retire from optum but I've made the decision that the psychological stress caused by working here isn't worth it. Needless to say, the company's values no longer align with my values. I feel liberated in my decision to leave!

Optum should be broken up, DOJ not doing its job in healthcare! Celebrate your freedom, there IS life after UHG!!
Why not just sit like a bump on a log and cash those checks til they stop coming?
“su-k it up buttercup! It sure is better than be a shopping cart collector at the local grocery store. That's where premature retirement leads you.”
Classic guidance from the stellar leadership team! Always insightful, inspiring everyone to aim just above cart collection.

It's a wonderful feeling when you can finally leave that he$$ hole
Ah, the bastion of innovation where leadership is an art form - specifically, the abstract kind where nobody understands what's going on. It is truly remarkable how they've managed to staff entire departments with people who possess a breathtaking lack of both skills and ideas; to only steal from those who do possess these attributes.
It's almost as if their hiring strategy (Friend Zone only) is inspired by an avant-garde performance piece titled "Let's See What Happens." Given this masterstroke of organizational genius, it's no wonder you feel liberated.
Leaving behind such a paragon of strategic confusion must feel like shaking off the chains of an intellectual fever dream. Best of luck in your newfound freedom from your "leaders" unique brand of corporate zen!
