I got laid off today. I was told CHR let all ops go.

There will be more. If they say there won’t they are lying. This is not a company to be admired and the CEO is greedy and only there to please the board. Leadership speaks of transparency yet no Directors nor managers tell those on the team when someone or many are cut. Everything is a secret. They cut top talent and keep some without proper education, training and expertise. There haven’t been raises in 4 years for employees. Zero respect for this company, HR and leadership.
Did Bozo take away your raises and 401K match this year?
Yes, there were significant layoffs at the end of September and some more in November. The CEO continues to scream fit, fast, focused. Fit means as few employees as possible to keep the stock price up.
