@t1 they’ve gotten rid of most of the experienced leadership and bring in those barely qualified (or unqualified) with promises for their growth. The people directing us now have no idea what we do or how we do it.

My brother works here I am pretty sure it ruined him, he is too stressed. These higher up s don’t get it, get a grip, shouting and swearing at him in 1 on 1’s. Insane?
