I see all the comments like factory people working hourly about send them back to their country, unionizing, def met, eliminate night shifts and so on. Is Intel run like a factory by factory worker mentality?

@vg Are you referring to the 12 hours a day spent in the cafeteria, listening to someone grinding coffee?
The 12 hour grind factory workers are the hearbeat of the company. Respect to them.
@tb Uh, those are not pajamas.
Really good pajamas do not seal in various body odors.
We get to go to work in all white pajamas so you do the math
They are just jelly of the def met teams excellence, superiority and dominance overall other teams
@OP just read some of the wildly wrong opinions about the stock.
That has uneducated, ex-military fab monkey written all over it.
@OP
Intel has factories in AZ, NM, OR, WA, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Vietnam and China. Along with lots of labs and R&D sites elsewhere. The majority of the employees either work in those factories, directly support those factories or indirectly support those factories. This isn't Nvidia which has Never built any of it's own products. It's now essentially like Apple back in the 90s with lots of Mfg capacity and a dwindling customer base. Intel has always been vertically integrated since the mid-80s even when IBM and AMD used to fill supply chains when capacity was limited. It's simple math when asking the question OP did
Mostly trolls and people canned from Intel sometime over the last couple of decades bitter that no one will hire them or they can't get a job as good as they had at Intel. Understandable many good people let go recently. Not so much based on performance in every case. But there's been a lot of people let go over the past decades. Some post

This site is populated by Russian and Chinese trolls that know nothing about manufacturing anything but propaganda.
yes
Many of the posters here aren't even native English speakers; just look at their grammar. I'm doubtful they actually have any affiliation with Intel at all.

Yes. Factory worker pay with a ton of indoctrination. “Intel values”. Place makes me sick 🤢
