Costa Mesa is linked:

That leaves us with 20 Kmarts total, of which 14 are in the Continental U.S.. Honestly, Costa Mesa closing doesn't surprise me 1 bit, as it's the only Kmart in Southern California, period. It's also within walking distance of Target, which never bodes well for a Kmart. There are probably more closings coming, so this list will be in flux, so I will update it as I get new information. But this is the only link I have as of now. I'll contact local media in the So-Cal area, to generate some external links.
Few housekeeping notes. Someone will invariably yammer about Brooklyn, so I'll repeat for the 1000th Time, that I don't include it because it's not a full-line standalone store, with it's own Salaried store manager. Instead, it is a department within an existing Sears, with merely a Hourly department manager overseeing that particular department of a Sears store.
South Lake Tahoe is purposely spelled that way as a joke, for the 2000th Time.
My map has been expanded to now include the territorial stores as well, color coded as follows:
Blue, non-pharmacy stateside stores.
Yellow, statesides with pharmacies.
Green, territorials with pharmacies.
Red, ditto, without pharmacies.
Looking forward to some more closings soon, here are the current 20 not closed or closing:

Statistics: Kmart absent in 44 states. 2 states, (both starting with "M") MI, MT, have only 1 each. There are 14 Kmarts in US States total. Of those in the US, 5, marked with letter "P", have pharmacies as well as 4 more pharmacies in the territories, also marked with letter "P".
Puerto Rico has 1 Kmart, USVI has 4, Guam has 1, so 6 total stores outside of the US. 20 total Kmarts left as of now that are not closed or closing.
