Shawna is indeed incompetent, stoned hippy like persona, zero executive presence, puts her gmat score on LinkedIn, a reflection of her own underlying insecurity. Shawna knows she’s under qualified and over paid for the role she’s landed in. In true form of a leader who is barely keeping her head above water, she puts people in roles that are as equally unqualified as she is…let’s hope for the sake of Optum that Heather C wakes up and realizes she appointed her friend Shawna to the wrong role. Love the comment above about Shawna crashing the plane into the mountain - her leaders have been screaming at her to “pull up, pull up”. Nothing could be more true except foe the lackeys that don’t have the guts to speak up

Man, I would love Kristy’s job and try to right the ship. A company I loved so much is a complete mess. The company has so much potential and the CEOs need to get experienced AND qualified people in the senior leadership positions. Until then…..
Shawna is a fool and part of the problem as well. She owns the business and lets the incompetent leaders under her still exist. As far as I’m concerned she is the captain steering the plane into the mountains while the whole time the plane is screaming “pull up pull up”. It doesn’t take a genius to know how to get the pulse of the business. Talk tot the folks on the front lines without their bosses present. Talk to your customers— hey Shawna get out from behind your spreadsheets and hit the streets before it’s to late!

Ok for the leadership liars who are misleading thecworkers....wtf do you think happens when the head lady leaves abruptly? Ya think you will get the position? Lol. No it means yall are going down starting at the top. Some of you are so damn mean and incompetent anyhow. You don't deserve that 100k plus! I only feel badly for the workers who will be affected after this stupid leadership tells them its ok.
Iesnp and Isnp are total disasters now! The sales are worse than during Covid. The nursing homes hate Optum, employee moral is at ann all time low, everyone is watching everyone else, trust in leadership is zero, and only a matter of time before all those positions are “consolidated”. Maybe July 18th? Maybe Aug or Oct. who knows. I just don’t understand how the leaders still have their jobs really I don’t. They can only blame shift for so many years before someone has to realize it’s them not all the scapegoats they sacrificed along the way to evade responsibility. As a shareholder I am disgusted beyond belief, as a human being I am embarrassed and mortified.

She has always been more image than string results. The results made had been natural to the business.
