Apparently there's an EMEA town hall tommorow, can someone post the details please.

In the meantime can you guys give the bean counter "ho-e barred" a good thrashing.

No don't he won't be brave enough to mention pay, and if so won't be able to justify why the execs git 50% if things are bad.

DXC Uk has been dead since the CSC days, you just don’t realize it. Get out. They don’t give a flying f about you and will shut you all down eventually when the time is right (for them), you all are way too expensive for them with all your worker safety net entitlements required by the govt. who do you think pays that? DXC. Writing has been on the wall for years. If you think there is a future at DXC, it’s one of being bought up spun downsized and merged. So enjoy your gardening leave and get those CVs ready, or don’t and waste away at this morally bankrupt shell of a company.

Wow that statistic is damning. The CEO gets a pay rise from $13.3 to $28million in two years, yet he says the company isn't profitable enough to give employees a raise. That's the sort of blatantly tyrannical action that got kings overthrown and ended in the past. Laughing all the way to the bank.

Certainly worth looking at jobs with other companies. There is a shortage of IT people to fill jobs so some great salaries on offer as companies compete to attract new employees.

DXC do give pay rises Mike was on $13.3 in 2020 see
https://www.salary.com/tools/executive-compensation-calculator/michael-j-salvino-salary-bonus-stock-options-for-dxc-technology-co?year=2020

Now his on $28million

So he gets 50% extra each year or doubled in 2 years. Similar for other members of the ex Accenture gang.

It's nothing to do with the financial performance of the company whether you get a rise.

It's just that the gang are milking it for themselves and everyone else is entitled to 0% that's the pay review strategy.

Remember that a lot of companies give their pay awards in April, so that reflects a large percentage of annual growth. Other months will be smaller.

DXC is nothing but consistent though - zero. Doesn't matter how hard you work, how great your performance is, zero for everyone. Is it any surprise that DXC staff morale is so low, when everyone knows that the reward for hard work is zero? Why would you bother to work hard and deliver great results, when there's absolutely nothing in it for you?

And whilst this is only from March to May 2022, with DXC payrises, we're talking YEARS that almost EVERY employee has been at best below inflation. (More likely at the standard 0%)
