He he!!! to see so many wonderful comments about Darren Woods. Please remember that for every critical comment here, there are at least 743 employees ready to find opportunities to keyss his untalented aish just because of personal greed.
Start to bring down poisonous people at low levels. Look at the male and female fakers who are pretty incompetent and yet tout themselves with fake online degrees, and calls themselves data science manager, executive leader etc. When in real their education, knowledge, and talents are all worthy of cleaning toilets. Examples: female Data Science, meeting attending female faker, always conniving lab Supervisor, VP of frauds from the North... etc etc

This mo--n is repeating history. This is exactly why Exxon had to merge with Mobil. Hopefully this time they will just lose their a-s and no one will step in to save them.
You do t have to know anything just kiss a-s to be promoted at Exxon. if you think this guy inherited a mess from Tilerson your blind. This wasn’t an overnight transition. He’s behind plenty of the terrible decisions made even before Rex retired. His lack of leadership skills, good ol boys club membership and blatant disregard for workers are what has been destroying this company.
I worked under DW back in the 90s when he was in charge of refining. Was he the most talented guy with game changing ideas? Heck no! He was the best power walker however! Always walking to be seen and heard! His presentations about nothing were also top notch! This was before power point so he used really nice colored cardboard printouts and over head projector sheets for his dog and pony show! Worked like a charm!
He was and is a bull$hitr and he knows most XOM employees are as well. This is why he implanted yearly PIPs.
Lol fantasy about DW getting PIP. Grow up! DW will still be CEO, milking EM dry and nothing you can do about it!
When Monday comes, you will be back at your desk. Doing busy work, hoping that you survive the cut and continue to be on EM payroll in 2022.

And Darren Woods remained as the CEO. Live with it that you are working for him. The reality is, he is the best employee that rinsed within the ranks. If you do not like it, please resign.
