Anyone know how many employees from Bootcamps were laid off? How many from other departments?

With all due respect, given all that’s happened how are people so shocked with their layoff at this point? It’s been written on the wall for over a year, while your colleagues all get swept up group by group. You chose to ride it out. The grass really is greener. Trust those who’ve been through it.

My lawyer said there still may be cause for a class action lawsuit. They did not discuss the warn act someone mentioned above.

I heard all of boot camps was let go so isn't that roughly about 120. Other departments didn't even know they're having an all company meeting next week to announce the layoff.

What shocking to me is the most recent all company call it seemed like everything was getting better I expected the layoffs with boot camps, in the summer not this time of year. They even talked about career pathing and merit increases coming back and then just to let all of us go in a 6 minute call it's BS.

2U has laid off 2000 people since 2022. The company probably uses an army of lawyers for everything it has to deal with. You got to think they know about the warn act and how to deal with it. After the 8th mass layoff you really think they forgot how prioritize the warn act?
