I heard the Directors are going to get a list of people that are not going into an office at least 3 days a week. Is there any truth to this? They said even if you go in 2 days a week, it'll be marked as you not going in at all.

I’m a newer employee. Nowhere in my offer letter does it state I have to go in 3 days. Nor was this communicated to me in the interview process!
I went in 2 days last week. If I were to get terminated from this, is that even legal?
The Directors in our department have been getting a weekly list since July. I'm told it's simply like a Yes/No if you did or didn't get to 3 days. Be wary, there is a line in the terms and conditions of the Special Cash Award that says "During the entire Retention Period, the Team Member must... comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures." Since return to office is a policy, you could lose the award by not complying.
The pandemic was three years ago. Why do some many cry and whine about having to go into work. It's not about what you want. If you don't it leave. Why would you stay with a terrible, unethical, fraud paying suits nonstop, company. Ask yourself that, why??????????? No other place would hire you? Why stay?
Is there a consequence?
They track by person. Not sure why it’s so hard to just go in 3x a week. Put your big girl pants on and move on.
@spg+1vtjMg7P Hey Neal, most of us work hard at home or office. We do real work. We are not in this to make millions doing self promotion and hanging out with our personal friends.
What is so hard to go to work each day. Hard to believe it's even an issue. Don't like it, find another job, pretty simple.
What are we, 10 years old?
Another tactic to get us to quit without paying severance.
They have been tracking for many months now, at least 5 months already - Verified fact.
I have not heard this, but my boss (a director) DID say that "they" do, indeed, track us.
