Sales will be up to 20%

Everyone else is probably averaged out to 5%, but that probably means some groups won’t be touched and other entire teams will be wiped

It’s real
It’s large 15% more
Sales (field) decimated
Exiting a couple segments
Trying as hard as possible to restructure to the old EMC team model.

Layoffs are inevitable. Don't give them a reason to fire you but update your resume and your plan B. There are much better companies to work for than DHell. Sweatshop run by suka$$ managers who kiss the VP ring. The place sucks...especially PG

Long time colleague in US marketing / Round Rock was laid off recently. They’re definitely going for older senior roles who have been here 10+ years. Possibly just a quiet trickle to stay out of the news. Have seen this happen to several skilled marketers since February.

I cannot wait to get laid off. Took this role for a year only and if I can walk out the door with a severance as well that would be swell!

When I get laid off and my LTI is not accelerated, their recapture of my LTI will pay for my layoff. Great work bean counters for engineering a way to lay me off for net zero cost!

Nothing on layoffs but managers are annoyed at poor Tell Dell results. Who could have seen that coming with RTO!

@jqz+1nfOIBzE Who said I was a bottom performer?
The management at Dell have created a them Vs us mentality and that will only affect numbers further which is the reason we are losing ground and will affect profitabilty.
Nobody cares.

The stock pumper trolls need to take a look in the mirror. You're coming here daily to sp-t on those who share info. I bet you spend the other half of your day on the yahoo finance message board calling for a "big pop tomorrow! Buy now all in baby!". Get a life, you're not influencing the stock price even a penny.

Pi---d off EMEA staff member I guess you struggle with understanding capitalism or personal performance. If you suck or your role sucks, change jobs. Otherwise, celebrate what capitalism is all about. Stock is going much higher with august cuts and AI demand.

@spf+1nfOIBzE All the while the staff struggle with lower bonus, moral and mental health.
But hey the shareholders and management are happy so who cares?

Another 52 week high today. The only judge that matters is wallstreet. Clearly the company is doing great.

McFly here. Just took the DeLorean out to 12/2050 and everything is fine. My advise, just live your life to the fullest now, stop worrying yourself to death about something you have no control over... it's not good for your physical nor your mental health. And boy, let me tell you, Ai has really transformed the future. There are great things happening for humanity as a whole. The advancement of human kind has jumped leaps and bounds. Everyone has super intelligence and foreign language abilities due to chip implants connected via neural links direct to the brain. Legacy and mundane concepts like money, rent, mortgage, rat race, unemployment, layoffs, WFRs are non existent after the Great Awaking World War of 2084. There are just efficient machines working hard so we don't have to. Humans in the future can pursue much higher callings in their path to enlightenment... I'll leave it at that.
