@k6

There you are again...

"...Mobility, blah,blah..."

"Ford transformation, blah, blah,"

There you are. Knew you'd show up for this one.

@t7 Sorry, I suppose I didn't realize the post was serious, I thought it was more Model e nonsense.

@k6 Bad for the environment? Do you eat minimum amount of food to help preserve our water? Let me guess, flushing the toilet in your house is NOT an option!

@k6 I wish someone would put a "full stop" on you! Do you even have a tiny clue about what is going on here? BEV is cost prohibitive considering the current level of technology and cost of materials. On top of that, it is an economic reality that any time that you try to force a market it fails. Do you remember Google glass? Zune? Smart refrigerators? 8-tracks? laser disks? These were all supposed to change human behavior and revolutionize how we consume information. Sure, great, but the problem is that nobody wanted that cr-p, just like BEV. Stop being a shill for the company and take off your rose colored glasses. JF and Billy, his silver spoon daddy, are steering this company into the abyss!

@k6 RTO is bad for our environment and all these companies are doing it.

All that commuting. All that gasoline (or coal if you have an EV). All that salt and rubber on the roads.

Bad. Bad. Bad.

@k6 What about the environmental damage due to the material requirements for EVs? Or do all you care about is CO2, sc--w everything else?

Modifying current CAFE standards is a bad move for our environment. Full stop. This however will not delay the transformation of Ford or other smart top mobility companies to a sustainable business model of BEV's and subscription services.

Don't believe the uninformed information you see in this forum. The truthful future of mobility is still where Ford/Model e has foreseen it.

Fartley eating crow yesterday. I have to find the video Trump calling him Chris.

When Biden announced the re--rded CAFE standards and was allowing feedback. Almost all auto OEMs said it was not obtainable. Guess who didn’t join them FORD MOTOR COMPANY. Now Farley is taking credit for listening to customer needs. You can’t despise him enough.

I was in a skip level meeting with JF in 2015. We were encouraged to ask questions - I asked if Ford was prepared if Trump was to win the presidency. JF laughed and said it was never going to happen. This is the exact moment I knew our leadership didn’t have the intelligence to lead us. JF looked like Whitless when she was in the Oval Office.

Rememner everyone that the Skunkworks sets a high bar for talent. Much higher than Dearborn Engineering. With a combined experience of a 1000 years at Apple the new product will be exceptional and FOrd stock will go to $100 a share. We will all be multimillionaires and can buy a homes in Grosse Pointe.

Don't be surprised that Model e has real potential to operate more independently or even spin-off from Ford corporate. The next-gen Model e products and services aren't even out for our customers to purchase yet. Of course cannot spin-off off prior to that point! Sit tight and watch how the future unfolds.

Model e is going to have to take a big hit. The news is that Ford is pretty much abandoning EVs, which means the subscription pipe dreams are up in smoke. Farley will be sorry he made the three divisions to showcase their (lack of) capabilities. Is embarrassing to report $5B losses.
