But, c'mon guys - he said he's committed to priotizing our stock valuation! Because he's the kind of guy who honors his commitments!!

I mean, think of our obligations to our poor shareholders instead of being so self-centered and worrying about your jobs. If layoffs are needed to make them happy, we should all be raising our hands and volunteering as tribute.

Like Andy said, we just need to remember how important shareholders really are.

(Honestly, it's crazy how transparent some of the things he's saying are knowing what's likely coming in a few days. though i'm pretty sure that "handling acquisitions more efficiently" couldn't possibly mean "firing half the workforce at the companies we buy", right?... right??)

DEI, ESG…. Not going to talk about the “topic of the day” or change our message.

Here’s the thing. UHG constantly spams DEI, Pride, any and all disasters or issues of the day and discussing resources available for employees or members. However, not one single comment about what happened this weekend.

No company wide email, no post on the internal Sparq page, etc… wonder why? A former president of the country whether you agree with them or not was almost ki-led. It was live on TV and many people were there and possibly impacted or clearly have seen what happened on TV.

We are literally talking about soccer games and if someone is an owl or dolphin? WTF?

The government should investigate the continued denials for sick patients saying they don't need procedures, therapy, scans, meds. They deserve to get the same toxicity that they give. "Embrace the culture" There is NOT a healthy culture here. it's sickening.
