I used to click Sears online chat button to reach customer service. But I cannot find it anymore. Also I cannot log into Sears Hometown account and had to check out "as a guest". Just curious, is Sears e-commerce profitable?

LOL. They’re real. No AI algorithm could carry on the conversations I’ve had with customer service over the last couple of years.

I bought a wrench set and a few vacuum filters. I have been using this wrench set for quite a few years and I just wanted to buy one more for my dad.
Because there are still deals to be had. Just today picked up a side cabinet for my tool box for less than a hundred bucks.
