Please everyone, stop referring to your many years or of experience. Banking is a profession where experience means nothing - it is not as if you are brain surgeons or plane pilots. Couple of years are enough the learn the most intricate of functions 😂. The fact that you are well paid does not mean you deserve it as a doctor, pilot or lawyer does.

Classic troll post.
@sfi+1rACyUoN: what institutional knowledge 😂. I have worked at Citi and other top financial institutions for many years. Banking and finance is trivial - and also with low responsibility. Majority of my colleagues are glorified spreadsheet monkeys. Even the most complicated DCF model can be created by someone without a 4 year degree after 2 years of apprenticing. Pathetic. But you would not want a second year apprentice to open your brain box, right?
It’s a much different experience by line of business. I have a lot of experience in securities services but not a super deep knowledge of every product. I moved to PB when I joined Citi so all that security services experience won’t easily translate. The soft skills are very similar but my PB experience is in line with my Citi experience, about 2 years. Never mind I had fund administration experience the previous 10 years
Troll. Institutional knowledge and the fact that Citi lets it constantly walk out the door or outsource it is exactly why our processes are so convoluted and rife with issues that we get hit with a consent order more often than Jane changes her underwear. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.
