Anyone know the final % and date of the ICP payout?

If someone could post the ICP payout date that would be awesome chaps.
It could be the new "thrive" policy to strip RSU from most employees to "reward" the 20% top performers and management. Netapp is very good at playing this game while most other corporations won't do this practice.
110% icp
- 1% bump
No RSU
got mine monday it was 105% su-ked and raise su-ked as well.
but still employed.
@jw thank for answering the question
@sd There was absolutely some forcing of ratings to people who did not deserve it. This model will have 10% of the population happy and the rest disgruntled. Sounds good in theory but in practice it doesn't work.

Not all managers were required to put at least one person in the "needs improvement" category. Instead, 10% of the overall staff were supposed to be placed in this category, starting with the least performing teams or managers in the organization. However, the calibration process was ambiguous, and favoritism apparently influenced the evaluations.
Managers were forced to place at least one person in the needs improvement category whether they deserved it or not. Shady and downright disgusting policy. Moral is already teetering and now this.
Engineering 4% hike 100% ICP No RSU
Engineering: 3.8% raise and $12.5k ICP
Corp ICP = 97.10% (Indv payout % depends on indv thrive rating & results)
This year's thrive is crazy low. My manager hinted there wasn't much to give out at all. No RSUs after getting for many years!

Ask your manager. They should hold your thrive conversation this week.
