VP, I got 3s across the board
No bonus and 1.5% raise. How worried should I be about layoffs?

That’s the same for everyone almost 1%
The VPs are all the sales guys.. This is what our customers deal with..

OP - What was your bonus % last year?
I am motivated more then ever to keep my job. The bonus wasn't great but the base enables me to drive my nissan which i really really enjoy so i am keeping a great mindset FOR THIS YEAR
Bonus is discretionary and guarantee.
You are not the only one in that position, if they were to fire everyone that got a miserable raise the count would be a lot more than 20K.
There is a ~90% chance of not getting fired, I know this doesn’t help with the anxiety but the odds are in your favor.
Don’t be worried. You are cheap and they want more younger talent who are less expensive.
@sar+1qDEsZtv Unfortunately I agree. This chaos has completely shutdown the positive momentum we were making in Retail Banking. This year is a wash. Preparing for the worst but struggling to see the positive in staying post the reorg.

at this point there is nothing you can do, bonus or not. just prepare for the worst case scenario which is a layoff. I hate that Citi is dragging this out. This is not a healthy environment for anyone.
