Thread regarding Toronto-Dominion Bank layoffs

New Sheriff in Town

Well things are looking up at TD. Ray Chun is a breath of fresh air and axing Keeley was a great step in the right direction. Vlad was a great addition and will hopefully clean up the mess Keeley left behind. Hopefully he'll address all the inconsistencies in practice and lead the organization to a more efficient operating model with an actual strategic direction instead of allowing the VPs to serve their own interests.

@s8+1jk63am6t he should set his sights on Tumbin next. ITS has been a mess and his tenure hasn't fixed a thing.

The new process for layoffs. Is quietly eliminating half the team. There is no communication from managers till someone critical misses a meeting. It’s been quiet on the boards, but the hammer is still coming down

If vlad is smart as he claims that he is a computer scientist he needs to fire Anzea first

It's early on but I am feeling optimistic so far. Getting rid of Keeley was a step in the right direction. Chun has a number of messes to clean up. I hope he is up to the challenge.
