Honeywell is splitting up. After Blake’s poor performance, maybe they will be interested in Rockwell. Thanks for sc--wing up Blake. Take your worthless sidekick Becky and leave.

Whoever brought in Alice partners should lose their job and be forced to foot the bill with their stock options. The actual team from AP can su-k a fat one. I mean bringing in consultants only screams that those running the company don’t know what they’re doing anyways. AP has only made things worse.
I hope we layoff more engineers and hire more layers of sales middle management.
Earnings call. Commentary and reality appear to parallel lines for Blake. they never intersect. $250m productivity means layoffs, no raise, no travel, no bonus. Only travel allowed will be on Blakes new sweet Jet ride! He needs to go to Davos in style. It drives up stock price! He is a Rok start!
To the question about Honeywell being toxic. Who cares. None of the CEO's really care about you. Once the Rok stock tanks again, they may be a target as Honeywell broke up and may have access to capital. Think about the press release. "NA strongest Process automation supplier has acquired NA largest discrete automation supplier to build a global powerhouse in automation that will make Honeywell one of the largest global automation supplier. The former CEO of Rockwell, and all their lame senior leadership is fired. We don't really need incompetence in our integration."

I second that question, of who decides what goes and what stays. Because a lot of posts have been disappearing and they fall within the 'site rules' as being just fine--------------------------------------------------------

@s7+1jkffcgm2 where are the 'site rules' that call out what will be permitted and not permitted? Some posts with names are left, other's like mine is deleted. Seems like no rhyme nor reason.
Blake, nice new 2024 jet you bought on Rockwell's dime. . Thanks for our horrible pay increases and we are so happy you got yet another perk of you running this company into the ground with your bad business decisions. Becky and Blake need to quit and leave Rockwell......
@qd+1jkffcgm2 I guess posts that don't follow the site rules get deleted.
I also want to know who and how decides what comments get deleted here.
For anyone who thinks RA being acquired by Honeywell would be a good thing, go take a look at their message board. Honeywell seems just as toxic, if not more so, than RA.
Alix Partners started with reducing head count, now they're looking to pare down the number of products we offer. They should have started with reducing the number of products first, then the justification to reduce head count would have been understandable, but since they did it a$$ backwards they really made a mess of things.
Can confirm Alix partners presence. Not sure if it is for Honeywell acquisition or not
A few ex-RA folks went to Honeywell......not a great outcome. Arvind has a super mamma as his wife makes bank. Blake and Becky have 6 love children. The board is asleep and stupid. RUN!!!!!
It would certainly explain Alix Partners presence at Rockwell. Their specialty is working pre/post M&A events.
