Brilliant. A bunch of people that didn't have value to Verizon setting out to start “consultant” firms cause you know what it takes and how to fix the problems. Reflect on that for a minute. Then ask yourself. Are you really surprised you were laid off? You shouldn’t be. Who is going to hire discarded people that couldn’t make the cut.
Perhaps, a local cable company that doesn’t know better.
Honestly, not a bad idea. As Someone else said, many of the VSPers are into consulting now. I personally joined a top five company as a consultant. Yes it was a pay cut, but keeps things going
Half the people who took VSP started individual consulting companies. I wanna create one too with a specialized niche. It's all the rage.

This is one bold move for us. I am interested but one problem is the remote of each individual who are interested to firm this firm. This board will not do. Who are our target clients? We need to ve very intentional if we create a consulting company. If this is to happen, I’m all in..I’ll carve out some $$ from my severance.
