Everything at this place feels impossible: producing executives who don’t resemble a circus act, making a profit without layoffs, holding on to good employees, fostering a healthy culture, or recovering from years of negligence. And then some.

@pz You know that you can simply not go on this website? Pretty easy way to avoid the "whining" that's "ki-ls" you. Maybe ask yourself why you're actively seeking it out if you're so happy.
@s2 that was my first thought as well!
@pz you're right that will probably be my next career. CEO of my own company. I've already learned everything NOT to do so I'll have a leg up. With that being said I ain't leaving without the severance package so I'll hold tight till I get mine. Glad you're happy tho! I will sleep better tonight because of it. I just hope there's enough room on the lifeboat for ya when GP hits the proverbial iceberg. Wish you the best. 😘
@pz Happy, yet here you are on "The Layoff". Seems like you may not feel quite so secure in that "happy" job with this "great" company, huh?
Is @pz Cameron?
@pz - You can take your lips off of Cameron's boots now. Maybe get a hobby.
@bh It almost sounds like you don't have a choice to leave.... If you're so much smarter, couldn't you just be the CEO of your own major company?
Literally no one is holding a g-n to your head making you stay here. So maybe just maybe explore another option? Oh it's not that bad? Then quit crying like a big baby and STFU.
Btw I'm employed at GP, and 100% happy 😘. You id--ts ki-l me with your whining.
Still a number of vps and svps that do nothing more than provide updates to their own vps and svps.
Did they announce something?
did they announce something?
Not sure GP can ever recover from this. At this point it's who they are. Squeezing the lemon until there's nothing left then throwing it out and putting that work on someone else that is already burnt out from the last five times they took on more work for the same pay. Sooner or later you would think they would realize what they are doing is NOT working. Everybody miserable. Stock still in the tank. Oh wait, here comes the next layoff! Hope I survive so I can take on more work and spend less time with family!
