Why would Kev!n N send out an employee sentiment survey, now?? I can only guess they are trying to fudge results and show this qtr v next qtr. Omnissa has treated everyone in the last qtr like sh!t and the results will be cr-p, so maybe they look better next time round. Another BS exercise by a load of SLT that dont give a f@@k about people or the results of the survey. Waste of time as your opinion doesn't matter.

This survey is absurd and includes personal questions that are not relevant to the company’s business.

Instead, they should ask direct questions about how your manager treats you, whether he shows respect, and whether he supports your growth.

Its mad alright sending out a survey when we all know that 'leadership' could not give two sh--s about anything other than their cliques, neo Marxism and their egos. I pi---d myself laughing when I saw it. A year and a half of lies and bullsh-t and now they pretend to care what we think as the ship sinks.

Norlin, as our SVP of sales, needs some positive feedback if he's to keep his job. When you consider the recent sales results, he has got to be very concerned about his future.

I’m not participating in the survey because the job market is currently complicated, anything we say could potentially lead to us being included on the next layoff list.

They intend to create fake results to present to KKR, presenting a distorted reality.

Employees are unhappy and hesitant to voice their opinions, as several have already faced some form of retaliation or made statements.
