With November quickly approaching anyone hear of any rumors on whats going to happen and who might be laid off?

Remember when public sector for inside sales was growing double digit. Yeah then they laid off their Leaders and Managers that were driving that growth or put them in other verticals. Smart strategy BM Go figure. CL is incompetent and couldn’t sell his way out of a paper bag. Plays more golf than works just like his cronies kiss you know what managers that report in to him and just looks at reports to ask questions to justify he is doing something. Hasn’t, doesn’t, and yet he still is there.
Public sector layoffs - October
I hope the B2B teams get rifted. Mainly because there are so many good people over there too chicken sh-t to make a move it will scoot them along to greener places.
@rv Quill has no clue on how to run a sales department. They haven’t for years.

What will happen to Quill? The company is underperforming for 10 years, at the same time the new hires get promoted overnight. look at QSD, so many promotions while the sales numbers are scuba diving.
@km do you think that’s in November or earlier? Lots of rumors regarding a merge with NAD & retail at corporate very soon.
If there are 9 box reviews many of you are toast already. November is the month gives them time to pay out the severance and still have a plan to roll out for new fiscal year. Rinse and repeat that’s all this company knows how to do. Those that have brown nosed the best will remain to pick up the pieces and then wait to do it again.

Who doesn’t love a layoff this time of year!
The management here is either too inexperienced or a dinosaur that has been here 20+ years. The vast difference in experience keep us from gaining any traction. The directive seems to change each time a newbie comes to town. There’s an iceberg ahead, we see it but we are hoping for the best.
