Thread regarding VMware layoffs

Why haven't they closed the Cork office?

Remember how they were so very far under the old "line of doom?"

So we are to believe that Cork office, which had the worst attendance in all of VMW, rose to a cry of "Erin go Braugh!" and all decided to pitch in and start going into the office?

I've got a pot o' gold to sell, if you believe that blarny!

Broadcom is doing exactly what I predicted they would do, which is shut up about it. Octane is not going to fight about this. It doesn't make money. It's cheaper to just quietly continue to threaten, continue to look the other way.

They'll keep quiet about it, because the loud truth is that Cork won. They stood up to Octane and won. The Cork office will not be closed. In fact, when's the last time you even saw the line of doom graph? The whole thing will be scrapped.

VMware on AWS. Just gone. Customers are still paying and put on life support. X model. Did you see the 2 hour global outage? Sorry if you paid for the blue tick. We are rehiring with people in low cost countries. Things will improve. Eventually.

"ESG group did not get yanked because of attendance."
Whole divisions get "yanked" due to profit/costs (ESG is a poster child for that).
OFFICES are when get closed based on attendance, regardless of the division.
Even the most profitable divisions have had offices shut down w remaining not-fired people put in WeWork suites 'for now'. There is program for everything in BRCM to robotically deal with cause-effect, be it financial or badge big brothering, they all different effects from diff causes.

They are moving the bubble from AI to bitcoin. They will fire a lot of people in VMware just like AWS and keep the customers on life support. This goose is cooked.

Harvard visa people are out of status. Harvard can't take any new visa people. Globalization is reversing at break neck speed. You wake up one day and the world has changed forever.

Once the remaining 10 Billion in cash is blown on the buyback that is creating this double top in the stock, then there is no floor. Look below. All the incoming cash will be needed to pay interest. The refinancing is going to get more and more expensive. That is how Privatex Equityx destroys perfectly fine companies.

Take the opportunity of the double top to secure your financial independence. Make money outside the matrix and escape the matrix.

ESG Enterprise Security Group. Symantec and Carbon Black. Was supposed to be having a 100% q-o-q growth suddenly for a few quarters. Suddenly this "Software" side of the revenue jumped like crazy. What happened? Why is ESG being chopped? Did they pull in too much revenue from the future?

Who cares. This whole thing is fake. They fired the GM and the CFO just in case this thing blows up in the future?

Asking for a friend.

If anyone tells you they are working on AI, then give them a hug. They are getting graped by the tantrix. This is the biggest scam after the plandemic.

I don't care. I live in my Tesla X. My monthly expenses are only like $1000. HT can go fakkk himself and the tantrix.

My self respect is more important than taking loans and getting scammed in the crashing housing market and hoping for my stocks to keep going up in this bubble.

The game is up. This thing is going down big time. 30 year rates are up over 5%. 20 year rates up over 5%. 10 year rates going to 5%. The US debt market is collapsing.

Kuwait sovereign wealth fund said the quiet part out aloud. The Privatex Equityx funds are all going to zero. No one will get their money back. They have been trying to get their money back for years.

Line of doom, badge in tracking, it's all true and real not bark and bluffs. VMW had like 36K employee before and are down to about 12k already. A BU called ESG below doom line has been laying off like crazy. They shut down 2 dozen offices based on headcount and attendance already in US alone. If you think that's all just bark, you'll eventually and certainly be bitten. There's yo friendly warnin, cause it's the program.

Every coffee talk has lines of doom - profits and attendance.

It’s his thing.

Randomly shutting down locations. Randomly firing people with VISAs. Randomly asking people to move to another location or fire them. This is not a going concern for much longer. Once the AI bubble bursts they will just a kitchen sink quarter and writeoff the 90 billion they paid for VMware. They already pulled 45 billion in cash that will keep. So, looks like an endgame of the PE fund.

If I was native born Irish I would buy a farm and hunker down as plan B. If a VISA person then plan to go back. As they unwind the globalization clastar fakkk Ireland will have to go back to before this whole globalization bubble started.

"American" companies park their outside America profits in Ireland I think. Ireland was created as a tax haven to avoid American and reduce EU taxes. They can't shutdown Ireland office totally. If you want to cheat on taxes there are strings attached. You need to have some presence in Ireland. Broadcom is slowly repatriating the profits and paying the taxes in America now. That is because Broadcom is broke and they have to pay the interest to keep a decent credit rating.
