So I can get he-l out of this POS company...
After years of decline this once great company now run by feckless id--ts needs putting down.
I have 15 years invested here and seen many things but this last year has been the pinnacle of ineptitude.

Fortunately I was on an account that unsurprisingly DXC failed to renew, even though the account was doing a great job (the customer name Mike I as one of the major reasons for not even down selecting us to the RFP stage - and that never happens because you get sh*t service after you are out of the race).
So I got TUPE'd to another big outsourcer who told me that unless I found another job within that company and signed a new (less attractive) contract I'd be made redundant.
You can imagine how I leader for joy at that. It's been slightly under 18 months, and I'm still living of the redundancy pay. No intention of going back to a big company, and to be honest after this length of time and at my age (late 50's) probably no one would have me.
No regrets for leaving DXC. I've been TUPE'd through my life and DXC was without doubt the worst experience of my life.
At EDS for hitting 20 years service I got a watch and a slap up meal for 6 of us paid for by the company. For hitting 35 years, I got a well done for working hard call out on a meeting.
It's just awful, leave....
You're unhappy with this shithole company or with the failing management? Then leave.

Don’t worry, Shout-vino has $500M of savings to find this year. More WFR will be announced soon!
I fact you can ask HR anytime for a voluntary leave package in most european countries. Sometimes it is even better to get an individual package, instead of a program.
Please send your employee number to HR and they would do the needful.
The company is in desperate need of a change of leadership. Seen this slow death under the wrong people before. Sad that those running it are not driven by a passion for real customer benefit or genuine morality and care, just absolute greed. I think as long as you have those at the top you will always get what you always got.
