@Realitycheck clearly you didn't read the part that said "remove if vulnerable" aka patch your sh-t. Or how every earnings they say our profits shifting to SaaS will be lower at the initial time.
Yeah, take your competitive landscape cue’s from the CEO who SCALE’d a company to almost 200(!!) employees and 3,715 followers on twitter. They come up in nearly every cust conversation, and usually win out.

See constantly shifting definition of what to call SaaS in order to try to reach the constantly lowered expectation for SaaS transition. See the recommendation of the US government to its agencies to uninstall certain VMware apps. See the constantly growing technical debt and the utter unwillingness of management to do anything about it...
